Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, and a password hash — or your Google sign-in id if you use Google.
- Listing text you paste, upload or import, and the results we generate from it.
- Purchase records from Polar: pack, amount and date — never your card details.
- Etsy connection tokens, encrypted, if you connect a shop.
- Basic server logs.
2. Why
To run the service, send the emails you need (verification, password reset, “your run is ready”), prevent abuse, and meet our tax and accounting duties.
3. Who processes it
- Vercel — web hosting.
- Hetzner — API and database in the EU.
- Vercel AI Gateway and the model provider it routes to — to generate your translations; not used for training.
- Polar — payments, our merchant of record.
- Resend — email.
- Google — if you sign in with Google.
- Etsy — if you connect your shop.
4. How long
We keep your account data until you delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it.
- Export: Account → “Download all my translations.”
- Delete: Account → “Delete account.”
If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
6. Cookies
We set only the cookies that keep you signed in (a session cookie and a short-lived cache of it; Google sign-in adds a temporary security cookie). No advertising or tracking cookies.
