Terms of Service
1. What Vendlingo does
Vendlingo rewrites your own listing text — title, tags, description and materials — for shoppers in other languages and markets, using AI. The result is a draft. You review it and publish it yourself; we publish to your shop only when you press Publish, after backing up what was there.
2. Your account
Use an email address you actually check. One account per person or shop. Keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Credits
Credits are sold in one-time packs through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles the payment, tax and your invoice.
- One credit produces one listing in one language.
- Credits never expire and have no cash value.
- If a generation fails, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically.
- Refunds of unused credits follow our Refund Policy.
4. Your content
You own the listings you upload and the results we generate from them. You give us permission to process that text only to provide the service. We don’t use your listings to train AI models, and we use AI providers that don’t either.
5. Your responsibilities
You check every result before you publish it. You’re responsible for your listings, your product safety information, and for following Etsy’s policies and the laws of the countries you sell to. Vendlingo doesn’t give legal, tax or compliance advice.
6. Acceptable use
- No listings that are unlawful, infringing or deceptive.
- No reselling or sharing access to your account.
- No attempts to break, overload or otherwise abuse the service.
7. Etsy
Vendlingo is an independent tool built for Etsy sellers. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.; Vendlingo is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. If you connect your shop, Etsy’s own terms also apply to that connection.
8. No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” AI output can contain mistakes — always read a result before you publish it.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending
You can delete your account any time in Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we’ll give 30 days’ notice and refund your unused credits.
11. Changes
We’ll email you before any material change to these terms takes effect.
