Refund Policy

Unused packs

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of that pack’s credits have been used. Email support@vendlingo.com with your order email.

Partly used packs

Within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund the unused credits’ share, at that pack’s per-credit price.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically — no request needed.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method. Credits from a refunded pack are removed from your balance.

EU consumers

By asking us to start generating immediately, you agree that the 14-day withdrawal right ends for the credits you’ve already used.
